Web of Wakening: Expanding from Personal to Planetary Selfhood

Description: This class explores how we can reawaken and revision our belonging to the vast web of life and respond to the ecological crises of our times with lucid awareness, liberating compassion and luminous wisdom.

Calm in Chaos: Steadying the Heart-Mind amid Stress and Anxiety

Description: This class blends classical Buddhism and contemporary neurobiology to support settling the body, soothing the heart and steadying the mind in the face of personal and collective sources of stress and anxiety.

Schedule: Thursdays 4:45 am PT / 7:45 am ET

Weekly Dharma Class Fee

The monthly fee for each class is USD27.50! Participants have the option to contribute more—in keeping with the Buddhist practice of generosity or dana.
